WOW! Things are happening SO fast! By the time I finally finish one post there's already another whole post's worth of progress to share! That's a good thing though, and definitely something to be thankful for. Old news maybe, but here's what's happened up to the 11th. (Now that I'm thinking about it, the 11th marked 3 years since my wonderful Dad took me out to buy new boots and over dinner asked me to pray about marrying my Beloved!!! It's also the same day 1 year ago that I took the test to officially confirm our suspicion/assumption that we were expecting our first baby! Sweet and wonderful memories! God is good and kind!)
David and Micah looking at the plans before they lay the plumbing.
Lilian in a nice shady spot!
This is the pretty river of mud form drilling the well.
The main man was very friendly and nice.
Water shooting out!
The first bottle of water!
Compacting the sand. That was a fun job!
Pappa Jim, Momma Lue, and her brother Sid and his wife Darlene came out for a visit!
Sid helped David level out some sand!
Laying the vapor barrier before the concrete truck showed up.

The first blob of our slab! Praise the Lord everything is happening so fast with no major delays!

Pressing the rocks down.

Troweling.

Checking the plans.
Moving the block into the center of the house for easy accessibility.
Stacking the block! The walls went up SO fast!

Happy baby!
We were blessed with a visit from some dear friends that we haven't seen in a looong time! Lilian with Lydia!
Angie and Lilian!
Lydia put her hat on Lilian so her white skin wouldn't burn!
Building a window frame with our "expensive plastic".
The lunch crew! Ron grilled up some burgers for us! Yummy!
Framing the front door.
Ron after he got Lilian sound asleep!
Measuring the top corner!

Grandpa and Grandpa :) came by on their way home from Wanenmacher's.
Handsome Grandpa and Baby. Looks like she's got something important to say!
The walls!!!!! At least 95% of them anyway! Micah and my Home Builder finished them on Monday.
Grandpa (perhaps we should just call them Grandpa Sr. and Grandpa Jr.) inspecting our work.
Caleb. Need I say more?
Lilian was trying to get Dad's whole finger in her little mouth! She loves chewing, or rather gumming peoples fingers.
Admiring their handiwork! :)
Home Sweet Home!
My Wonderful and Handsome Man all cleaned up on Sunday. I love just looking at him! He's such a phenomenal husband and father! Thanks for all your love Babe!

We had a pizza party that night and my Dad came out to join us. We are very blessed to have gotten so much accomplished and to have such wonderful friends to come help!
When we got there the next morning Husband and I took our shoes off and ran around on our new floor! Because we walked in the dew, after it dried you could see our foot prints all over the slab! :)
